We collect your name, contact number, email address, preferred messenger ID, and consultation inquiry details solely for appointment scheduling and medical guidance.
2. Purpose of Collection and Use
Personal data is used exclusively to confirm clinic reservations, provide pre- and post-treatment instructions, and process tax refund documentation when applicable.
3. Retention Period & Secure Destruction
Consultation inquiries are retained only until the purpose of consultation is fulfilled or as required by Korean Medical Service Act record-keeping regulations, after which they are permanently deleted.
