Standard appointment reservations via our website, WhatsApp, or LINE do not require an upfront deposit. You pay at the clinic after your 1:1 physician consultation.

What payment methods and currencies do you accept?

We accept major international credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay, Amex), Korean Won (KRW) cash, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.

What should I bring to receive my VAT tax refund?

Please bring your original physical passport. Our 6F reception desk issues official tax refund slips on the spot, which you can claim at Incheon or Gimpo Airport.
